The North East London Foundation Trust has developed this app to show live status of different services within NELFT.
This app is currently only available to NHS staff within NELFT. It will assist staff by providing them with real time updates and statuses of multiple IT services. The app provides easy access, up-to-date information on software and databases. Users of the app can select certain services based on their location. If the service ever went down, the responsible team would update the status and the users would be alerted. When a service is offline, there would be a description and approximate date/time of it being fixed and back online.
Once the service is up, the status would be updated and users will be notified again. This app is a very useful tool which now has information and support available at hand!
The primary reason for the app is to provide a status for services provided by NELFT. There will be automatic alerts for any subscribed service if status changes.
Status’ includes:
Online (Everything is working as expected)
Tentative (On and off issues)
Offline (Service unavailable)
